MCSL All Stars Weekend

• All-Star Relay entries are available for Section I and Section II. Scratches are coming in, and the alternates will be notified as soon as possible.
• The All Stars t-shirt order form is now available. Orders are due by July 22. Team orders only, individual orders are not accepted.
• All Stars Relays I & II will be held on Saturday, July 25
• Individual All Stars will be held on Sunday, July 26
• Signups for volunteers (Relays I, Relays II, and Individuals) and officials are available
• The scratch window is has been extended until Tuesday, July 21 at 9:00 pm

Manchester Farm Mini Meet (July 12)

Coaches Long Course Results

Rule Changes

MCSL has adopted USA Swimming technical rule amendments that went into effect on May 7, 2026.  Please review this document for a summary of changes.  As a result, the online version of the MCSL Handbook and MCSL Officials Guide take precedence over the printed versions.

B Meet Ribbons

The order form for B meet ribbons is in the "Handy Links" section of this page. Fill it out, save it with your team name in the filename, and send it to Capital Sport and Swim. The instructions are in the document.

By virtue of participating as an athlete in the Montgomery County Swim League, a swimmer's name, age, and gender may appear on the league web site and/or in other league and/or team published materials, including, but not limited to, any of the following: weekly meet results, league all-star rankings, and MCSL invitational meet psych sheets and meet programs.
