MCSL Representative Meeting Minutes of

Swim for Sarah: The Swim for Sarah event sponsored by the Poolesville Swim Team will be held 7/27/05. See the link on the MCSL web page for more information.
Manna Food Drive: If you are interested and willing to arrange a food drive at one of your meets or Divisionals please see the link on the MCSL web page for more information.
Transfers: All transfers received by the rules committee up to this point have been permitted.
Automation: Your current Meet Manager version should be V1.4 and you should have downloaded the latest patch from the Hy-Tek website. Do not use V2.0. League is not sure if we will move to V2.0 in 2006 as of yet. It may depend on how long Hy-Tek will support the current version we are using. Meet templates on the web work better with Team Manager V4. TM3 should still work however.
Officials: At the time of the meeting all who attended clinics had not been completely posted yet. Everything should be current now. If you see that one of your officials has not been given credit for attending please send an email to web@mcsl.org and let us know the name of the official, pool affiliation and clinic attended if possible.
Six Flags: The Six Flags special date for MCSL teams is Monday 7/11/05. $21 admission. $7.75 meal ticket. You may pick up tickets from Tracey Glass on 7/10 or contact her for more info at awards@mcsl.org or mogla@aol.com .
Coaches Long Course Meet: Scheduled for Tuesday July 12. See web page and click on All-Star Information. Remember NO PARKING ON NEIGBORHOOD STREETS. Check website under Longcourse Seedings for up to date rankings of your swimmers for this meet.
All-Star Officials: Please remember to submit officials for the All-Star Meets to competition@mcsl.org or rules@mcsl.org . Be sure to include Name, Division, Pool Affiliation and email or phone number. These should be officials you feel did a good job at your meets and either have swimmers in the All-Star Relays or Individual All-Stars. We especially need help with the All-Star Relay meets.
Next Meeting: Thursday July 14 at the EOB Cafeteria in Rockville. 8PM. Please do not come in the cafeteria until 7:55 or so. If the weather is bad, come in and wait by the elevators or at the back of the cafeteria until the board has concluded it’s business. Topics for the July meeting include; Schedule for 2006, Election of Officers on the Board and any rule change proposals should be submitted.
