Please make an attempt to use the league sponsors. The support they provide helps the league fund our programs.
Treasurer's Report: Mary Parker reminded teams that handbooks and awards will not be given to teams that haven't paid the dues.
Awards: All MCSL A meet awards will be handed out. Please notify Becca Peck if your team did not receive their ribbons. Approximately 10 teams ribbons had not arrived by this meeting. All divisional and Relay awards were handed out to the team in each division that was holding the meet. Please count your medals and ribbons if you are holding relays or divisionals. We can make corrections early in the season if there are errors.
Clinics: Remember that all officials serving as starters and referees will need recertification for 2000. All clinics are posted on the website.
Automation: Training classes for automation will begin in May. Please see the website for details for dates and training information.
Adjournment and next meeting: The meeting was adjourned at 8:25pm. In order to distribute handbooks and awards. The next meeting will be held at the Executive Office Building Cafeteria on Thursday June 8, 2000, 8:00pm. The June meeting is the annual coaches meeting.
