MCSL Team Representatives usually meet on the second Thursday of the month from February through September with no meeting in August. Meetings are held at 8:00 (back to old time) PM at the Montgomery County Executive Office Building Cafeteria. Specific dates are listed below:
- February 14 - First reps meeting, introduce Exec. Comm. & roles, review rule change
proposals under consideration.- March 13 - Voting - Budget & Rules changes, dues sheets distributed.
- April 10 - Divisional meets assignment, dues are due
- May 8 - Handbooks & Awards distributed (Have someone there!)
- June 12 - Paperwork distributed, coaches meeting, meet management clinic,
review longcourse schedule& procedures- July 10 - Vote on calendar for next year, election of officers & new Exec. Comm.
