2008 All-Star Meets
Officials
For each of the All-Star meets at the end of the season, each division
is required to supply some of the officials for the meet. One team
in each division is responsible for getting the volunteers from all the
teams within that division. Each division should supply the following
Officials/Timers:
-
For the Relay All_Star meet each division should supply at least
6
timers/take-off judges.
-
For the Individual All-Star meet, each division should supply at
least 2 timers.
-
Each division should also give the name(s) of any Stroke & Turn, Referee
or Starter that is experienced and would work at the either of the All-Star
meets.
For all of the above timers/officials, please submit the following information
for each of the volunteers:
-
Name of Timer or Official
-
Position willing to work if official (i.e. S&T, Starter etc.)
-
Phone number
-
e-mail address
-
Team & Division
This information should be given to the team rep of the team within your
division that is responsible for finding All-Star Officials/Timers.
This information can also be sent to Marty Cohen at martin.cohen@fticonsulting.com
. He also has his address and phone number listed in the front of the MCSL handbook.
These lists of Timers/Officials need to be turned in with the final
results of the Divisional meet.
HINT: The Divisional
meet is a great place to recruit volunteers since all the teams in the
division are there at the same time.
