 Head Coach

The Wildwood Manor Swim Team currently seeks a Head Coach for its summer swim team program. Applicants should be established swim professionals with coaching experience and possess knowledge of MCSL rules and procedures and must have current pool operator’s license and be CPR certified. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. The successful applicant will be energetic and possess the ability to instruct, motivate and unite swimmers of all ages and abilities. The selected applicant will oversee the summer swim team program, serve as head coach during all “A” and “B” meets, select and manage the swim team coaching staff and oversee all elements of meet strategy and preparation.  A working knowledge of the Team & Meet Manager is a must. 

We offer competitive salaries with supplementary performance bonus potential and the opportunity to organize and run a competitive (and FUN!) summer swim program. We support coaches offering private lessons and stroke clinics during the summer as well.
