Pre-Team Coach
The
Rockshire Sharks are looking for a Pre-team coach to coordinate AM and PM
practice sessions for no more than 50 preteam swimmers. The number of
swimmers will be adjusted depending upon the number of volunteer coaches to keep
a workable swimmer to coach ratio. Our preteam swimmers are required to be
age 4 or older and they are broken into groups by skill. Duties will
include organizing teenage volunteer coaches, 2 mini-meets, small low key awards
banquet and AM and PM practices which are 3 times a week. Applicant will
also be working under the umbrella of the Head Coach as well as a parent
volunteer co-ordinator. Pre-team season begins June 18th and
runs through July 19th. Practices are Monday, Tuesday &
Thursday 9:45a-10:30p and 6:15-7:00p. Preteam swimmers must choose either
AM or PM so there is no overlap of the swimmers.
