Assistant Coach 

The Forest Knolls Seahawks are looking for an assistant coach for the 2008 Summer Swim season and beyond!! We are a vibrant, exciting, and young team, currently competing in Division L.  With approximately 30 of our 80 swimmers in the 10 and under age group, we are looking for an assistant who appreciates and understands working with younger swimmers.  The successful candidate must have good organization and time management skills. We are looking for an experienced individual who will be responsible to support the head coach and work with our junior coach.

• Work in conjunction with the Team Rep and other coaches in providing the parents with regular information about their swimmers

•  All A & B meet responsibilities

• Up to date Lifeguard and CPR Certification  

We are a swim team that is closely aligned with the rest of the Pool community and enjoy both our A and B meets tremendously. We enjoy the fun and camaraderie that is unique to MCSL and are looking for an experienced coach to continue this tradition. He/she should possess strong interpersonal skills and the desire to make each swimmer’s season enjoyable and worthwhile.
