Assistant Coach

The Sharks are seeking an experienced swim coach with knowledge of MCSL rules to join our coaching staff.  The successful candidate will assist in managing all aspects of the swim season.   The candidate will possess the motivational skills to engage our youngest and oldest kids, the enthusiasm to yield positive results from our eager to learn athletes, and also the have a fun personality to enjoy themed activities with the team.  Fallsmead offers a generous compensation package to include a substantial salary, reimbursement of Lifeguard Certifications and Pool Operators license fees, and any other swim team related expenses.   The home pool of the Fallsmead Sharks is a small, private neighborhood swim club with a long history with the local swim leagues dating back to the early 1970’s.  Our pool is located in the Falls Road/Wootton Parkway area of Rockville .
