Pool Manager - Bannockburn Swim
Club, in Bethesda, is seeking applicants for the Pool Manager position for the
2009 season. Applicants with Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid certifications
from valid organization (YMCA, ARC, URSUS) and also have a Pool Operator's
license (Montgomery County).
Duties include:

Responsible for the daily operation of the swim club, including the
supervision, scheduling, and training of the lifeguard staff

Management of pool operations and activities, enforcing pool operating
rules and regulations at all times

Performance of cleaning and maintenance tasks associated with the daily
operation and security of the swim club
The ideal candidate is a mature individual with the ability to manage
staff member, and maintain a clean, friendly, and safe pool environment.
